 Your actions speak much more than your words. sometimes, life is filled with dishonesty, pain, confusion, and uncertainty, but there are always those slight moment where you feel a sense of happiness, love, and the feeling that youve done or acheived something that is worth the time you have been given. those feelings may be slight, and short, but im sure youve felt them at some point.

Open your mind, dont hide your emotions or cause yourself pain, speak what you need. somone will listen to you. take time to yourself, to think about not whats bad, but what is good in your life. friends, family, enemies, and acquaintences, without them, who would you be now? where would you be in life? what descisions would you make? how would you judge good from bad? without everyone and everything you have, youd be lost. think about that. dont be ungrateful and thank the ones that are close to you.
